Mailing list etiquette

If you would like to actively participate in XenServer development, you will need to become familiar with the mailing lists and the mailing list etiquette:

  • Please post in plain text (i.e. not HTML), word-wrapped to somewhere around 72 characters.
  • Please don't top-post.
  • Please start a new thread for a new topic (don't just reply to a random email from the list).
  • Please don't email directly to XenServer developers. Keep the conversation on the list where other people (and search engines) can see it.
  • Please remember that the xs-devel mailing list is not a support forum.
  • Note that in order to post to the list you should first subscribe; emails from unsubscribed addresses will be subject to moderation, and may take a few days to be processed.
